VINI SMITH
Master stylist, owner, and CEO of two Hampton Roads salons - Hair Graphics and Salon Avanti - Vini Smith has over 27 years of experience exceeding guest expectations across all hair service requests, specializing in luxury smoothing treatments and natural hair coloring techniques, including grey coverage. Vini is one of the only local hair specialists certified to provide Chi Permanent Straightening services. As a busy business owner and team leader, guests can expect Vini's appointment availability may be more challenging than other qualified stylists on her team, although she does seek to serve new and existing guests as often as possible.

MAKENZIE KARAM, HAIR STYLIST
Makenzie is an up-and-coming stylist who specializes in both curly hair and vivid colors. She not only loves educating her guests on their curl patterns but also on how best to style/maintain them. Whether it’s through a new color, cut, or style, she will have you re-falling in love with your natural curls.
MAGGIE CRIMMINS, HAIR STYLIST
Maggie is a stylist from Washington State who has a deep love for balayage, lived in color, and an overall personable experience. She loves to build positive professional relationships with her clients, and though she runs pretty high energy, can mellow down for those who want a more relaxing experience. Her biggest priority is to make each person walk out feeling like the best version of themselves and to create a safe space for all who sit in her chair.
TABITHA FELICIA, HAIR STYLIST
Tabitha has been a hairdresser since 2001. She has two adult children and four dogs, and she recently adopted a cat. She was born and raised in West Virginia. As the saying goes, you can take a girl out of the mountains, but you can't take the mountains out of the girl. She is a color specialist - lived in color, balayage, global color, and dimensional highlighting are her passions. She is skilled in all lengths and textures. She loves creative hairstyles. She strives to have open communication with her guests so that their needs and wants are met at each appointment. She is also understanding of quiet appointments so feel free to let her know if that suits you.
JAY-AR GANNABAN, PROTÉGÉ
Hairstylist. USMC Veteran. Father. Enthusiast of all things fast and bold. With a passion for creativity and precision, Jay-ar is an up-and-coming hairstylist dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. A USMC Veteran turned hairstylist who knows that looking good isn't just about the cut - it's about the confidence.

Originally from the Philippines, Jay-ar made Virginia his home at age 21 and built a life fueled by family, hustle, and adventure. As a father, he knows the value of hard work and staying sharp - both in his career and personal life. When he's not performing cuts, you'll find him in the gym, on the road with his cars and motorcycles, or out in the wild camping. Music fuels his grind, whether it's country or hip-hop, and when it comes to food - if it's not spicy, it's not worth eating.

Sam is the warm and welcoming face you’ll see when you walk through our doors—and the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call. She loves connecting clients with the right stylist to make their hair dreams a reality and keeping every visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. With seven years of experience in the hair industry, Sam knows the ins and outs of salon life and is passionate about supporting both our team and our clients. Her goal? To make sure you leave not only loving your hair, but looking forward to your next visit!
